ClientLogic acquires xwave’s New Brunswick Internet Help Desk business
2004.06.04 Leading Customer Care Provider to Expand Center, Grow Workforce
NASHVILLE, TN and MONCTON, NB — ClientLogic and xwave today announced that Nashville-based ClientLogic, an international leader in the contact centre industry, will acquire xwave’s Internet Help Desk business, along with all of its assets. The Moncton, New Brunswick -based customer support center provides North American ISPs with call center services including technical support, customer service and sales support.
ClientLogic will retain all employees of the facility and has definitive plans to hire additional employees to meet client needs. ClientLogic will expand the facility to accommodate a total of 500 seats. The terms of the transaction and client names are not being disclosed.
