ST. JOHN'S, NL, July 13 /CNW/ - Polar Bear Corporate Education Solutions, a division of CrossOff Incorporated (TSX:OFF), announced today they have signed a three-year training services agreement with xwave, an Aliant company (TSX:AIT).

Under the terms of the agreement, Polar Bear will deliver professional IT and business skill training to xwave's 1,600 employees in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

"xwave is committed to ongoing professional development for our employees in order to help them grow and, in turn, better fulfill clients' needs," said Pete Shea, General Manager, Newfoundland Region, xwave. "In selecting a training partner, we looked for a company that could provide vendor-authorized courseware, custom-training options, certified instructors, and multiple delivery formats. Polar Bear's ability to meet those requirements makes it a good fit, and a logical choice."

With six training facilities in Atlantic Canada, Polar Bear provides the most comprehensive business curriculum available. Many of Polar Bear's technical programs can lead to recognized certifications from Microsoft, Novell, the Project Management Institute and other industry-leading providers.

"Polar Bear is proud to partner with a company like xwave," says Donnie Snow, President & CEO of Polar Bear Corporate Education Solutions.
